Google map of location
View Larger MapThe party is up the dirt track opposite the Worthy Bridge Crossroads (in fact opposite the humpback bridge from which the junction takes its name). It does look like a dirt track, so be on the look out for a party sign/balloons etc. in the dark.
To get there from Tiverton, starting from the link-road roundabout:
| 1. | Head south on A396/Bolham Rd toward A396/Bolham Rd
Go through 1 roundabout |
0.3 mi |
| 2. | At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A396/Kennedy Way
Continue to follow A396
Go through 1 roundabout |
0.4 mi |
| 3. | Turn right at B3137/Leat St | 0.2 mi |
| 4. | Turn left at B3137/Longdrag Hill | 1.0 mi |
| 5. | Turn left | 1.1 mi |
| 6. | Sharp right - hairpin turn. This is at the top of the hill next to the '7 Crosses' crossroads. | 1.2 mi |
| 7 | Follow the long road down into the valley (WESTWARD), over the small humpback bridge and river, and crossroads at the bottom and up the dirt track | 1.0 m |
If you DO have satnav, you can try navigating to Little Silver, Devon. There is a good chance you will be directed over Worthy Bridge on route! If you do end up in Little Silver, travel north/north east along the track until you reach the Worthy Bridge Crossroads - turn left up the dirt track with the Bridge on your right.
If this didn't convince you of our seclusion, only 02 mobile service seems to work in our valley - so you may well lose mobile reception on the approach. Our landline is 01884 233569, and mobile reception is regained at the top of the Seven Crosses Hill.
